Tender Coordinator, Eindhoven

As a Tender coordinator this is a full time position, you will be required to visit our HQ Eindhoven once a week and report directly to the Bid Manager Belgium & the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Translating sales requirements and understanding internal needs to help frame a solution that meets all expectations of the customer’s requirements as set out in their RFI / RFQ
- Partnering with business stakeholders, business development managers and engineers to identify, refine, and document detailed business needs and proposals during the Sales Process
- Develop innovative and engaging content for the proposals
- Developing sales initiatives and strategies aligned with the company’s differentiated value proposition and full scope of services
- Being responsible for encouraging success in sales initiatives and sharing best practices for all “focus” accounts within the BeNe region
- Participating in sales meetings, operational based meetings, customer site visits and industry-based meetings

What makes you the ideal Tender coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of Sales, Bid- or Proposal management experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Dutch would be advantageous or willing to learn
- Data analysis
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with a CRM system
- Self-disciplined to meet internal and external deadlines
- Self-driven and resilient and able to thrive in a challenging environment
- Committed to delivering high quality work and proposals, and have a professional critical attitude
- Ability to monitor and uphold high quality of service to clients (internal and external)
- Strong conviction in your communication and output to others
